Azhagan Azhagi is a movie produced jointly by Sree Annamalaiyar Creations and Green 2 Cinema. Nandha Periyasami who had earlier directed films like Oru Kalluriyin Kathai and Maathi Yosi is directing this film.

The audio CD of this film is being released on 30th of this month at Sathyam Cinemas. Arya and other important Tamil film directors are participating on this audio launch function.
There are six songs on this film that have the lyrics of Vivega, Na Muthukumar, Snehan and Kabilan. Kannan who composed music for the film Tamil Padam has composed music for Azhagan Azhagi. Singer Richard has written and sung the track, Oh Girl... My World in English. All of the background was composed only using whistle. Benny Dayal has sung the Tamil version of this song.
