Parthiban’s new Pudhia Paadhai

Some TWO DECADES back a movie titled Pudhia Paadhai was released. This film was directed by Parthiban. Excluding directing this film, he also donned the lead role.

The story of this film is ready a lady who's raped by a rowdy and the way she goes searching for him and lives with him. Parthiban donned the role of a rowdy while Seetha donned the role of the bold girl.

Parthiban who has written the story, screenplay and dialogues has also directed this film. There has been a super reception a few of the people and critics about this film. While acting on this film, romance blossomed between Parthiban and Seetha.

Both of them got married clandestinely after the shooting of this film was completed. After TWO DECADES Pudhia Paadhai is being remade again. Parthiban who's going to supply and direct this film has titled Meendum Pudhia Paadhai.

Parthiban while speaking about this said, "WITHIN THE earlier days when P U Chinnappa films were remade MGR acted in it. Similarly Ajith acted within the remake of Rajni film. Now I'M making a record within the history of worldwide cinema by acting on this film which I had acted TWO DECADES before. No other actor has acted like this till now.

I have taken the crux of my old film and written the screenplay to fit the existing trend. I'M holding talks with two actresses for the feminine lead role. The shooting of this film is to commence on 15th June in Chennai."
