This film which was directed by Lingusamy was released within the year 2005 but this film didn't do well on the box office.

Now after seven years, there's news that Ajith and Lingusamy are going to enroll in hands again.

When asked Lingusamy was asked about it, he said, "Now Ajith has become a celebrity then those days of Ji. If I NEED TO direct him now, I MUST pen the screenplay keeping in mind his star status. I'M REALLY NOT directing a movie for him."

Currently Lingusamy is busy within the story discussion of a movie as a way to have Surya within the lead role. Surya after completing Singam 2 will take part in the shooting of the film to be directed by Lingusamy.
