Suma Ranganath had donned the feminine lead role within the film Managara Kaval which had Vijayakanth within the lead role.
Though she had acted in few Tamil films, none of them fetched her an excellent name. Later she converted to Hindi, Kannada and Telugu films. At this juncture, she is back in a Tamil film. On this film Nayanthara is pairing with Ajith. Arya and Tapsee are another pair. The shooting of this film is going down in Mumbai, Andhra and Bangalore
