Vimal and Oviya had paired within the film Kazhavani. Either one of them are pairing again within the film Sillunu Oru Sandhippu. After the film Kazhavani, the market of both these actors escalated. Either one of them didn't pair for an extended time.

Though either one of them acted in Sundar C’s Kalakalappu, they didn't pair. At this juncture, either one of them are joining hands again in Sillunu Oru Sandhippu. Dipa Shah is another heroine of this film. Post production works like dubbing are happening now. The audio CD of this film is to be released soon, Producer S Nandagopal and director Ravi Lallin are supervising the post production works.
