Director has agreed to marry Sujibala-Marriage postponed

Actress Sujibala was already engaged to director Ravikumar. The wedding was alleged to happen in Tiruchendur Temple yesterday but an afternoon before Sujibala consumed plenty of sleeping pills and swooned down.

She was admitted at an individual nursing home at Nagercoil. She was given intensive treatment there. It was mentioned that Sujibala tried to commit suicide because she was not desirous about marriage. Some said that she was upset because director Ravikumar refused to marry her.

Ravikumar is currently directing a Tamil film titled Unmai. Sujibala is donning the feminine lead role on this film. Ravikumar didn't come to look Sujibala who was admitted within the hospital.

Two months back, their engagement function came about. No media personnel were allowed to wait this function. At this juncture, Sujibala who was discharged from the hospital met the media people at Nagercoil and said that she didn't try to commit suicide. She said," I swooned down because I took the inaccurate tablets. I'M betrothed to director Ravikumar and our marriage will happen in October. After my marriage I CANNOT act in films."

It is known that Ravikumar has agreed to marry to Sujibala because she tried to commit suicide.
