The handsome Telugu actor is now making his debut in Tamil film industry with Ajith Kumar’s untitled next that may be directed by Vishnuvardhan. The actor had recently set to work at the project in Mumbai joining the team.

Rana had blogged in social networking site saying, "It’s Day One and i'm back in Mumbai after a long time. It’s nice to be part of Vishnuvardhan’s film wherein I play a very important role."When asked about his experience working with Ajith Kumar, he said, "Since, it’s been only a day the shooting has started, we haven’t spoken much, but all I WILL BE ABLE TO say is that Ajith Kumar is a superb someone". The actress makes a distinct appearance within the film, so as to be a turning point within the screenplay.
