This film earned a fair name for Amala Paul. was also screened within the Producers Network category on the International Cannes Film Festival. At this juncture Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal have been dubbed in Telugu with the title Niratharam Nee Voohale. The audio CD of this film was released. Actor Adharva, Amala Paul, Nani, music composer G V Prakash Kumar and producer Elred Kumar participated on this audio launch function.
