Ace director Bharathiraja is directing a movie titled Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum. It was announced that director Ameer will don the lead role and others within the cast can be Karthika and Iniya.

Now there may be information that Ameer and Iniya aren't on this film. Bharathiraja is now shooting the sequences featuring Karthika and another hero Lakshmanan.
When asked Iniya that why she was far from this film, she said, " There have been hurdles within the shooting of Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum because of FEFSI and Mullaperiyar dam problems. Bharathiraja was unable to name sheet simultaneously from Ameer, Karthika, Lakshmanan and me. For this reason I USED TO BE unable to behave on this film. Bharathiraja has assured that I'LL BE part of his next film. IT'S NOT THAT I AM upset because I USED TO BE far from this film. I WILL BE ABLE TO definitely act in his next film."
