He is directing a movie titled Masala Cafe which has Vimal, Mirchi Shiva, Santhanam, Anjali and Oviya within the cast. This film is to be released soon. Sundar C after Masala Cafe could be directing a movie so that it will have Vishal within the lead role. There have been news that Hansika may be pairing with Vishal on this film but now Karthika was signed for the feminine lead role. Sundar C has chosen her because her height would suit Vishal.
