Director Gowtham Menon while speaking about this film said, "Yohan script is about. I CAN commence the shooting once Vijay completes Thuppaki directed by A R Murugadoss. Vijay would be the only Tamilian on this film.
The heroine can be an Indian. Remainder of the actors and actresses can be foreigners. This can be a Tamil film. This film may be of a world standard and can be released worldwide with English sub titles. A R Rahman is composing the music for this film. If I'M ABLE TO establish the nature Yohan, I WILL BE ABLE TO continue to make Chapter 1, 2 and three like James Bond films."
