Sasikumar is again going to behave in a movie. Sasikumar who's currently producing a movie directed by Balu Mahendra is producing and donning the lead role in a movie directed by his assistant Prabhu.

The first schedule of shooting has commenced in Theni and is happening there. The second one schedule of shooting will happen in Karaikudi. The film have been titled Sundarapandian. After Poraali, Sasikumar is again donning an action oriented role.
Lakshmi Menon who had donned the feminine lead role within the film Kumki is pairing with Sasikumar in Sundarapandian. Vijaya Sethupathy and Soori are sharing the screen with Sasikumar. Raghunandan who composed the music for the award winning film Thenmerku Paruvakaatru is composing music for this film.
