It is reported that because of his hectic shooting continuously for these 2 films with none break, the actor is in desperate need of a break.

Therefore, he's planning to take off to Hong Kong, China along with his wife Ranjani.

Karthi and his wife also are in plans to wait the Asia’s largest House ware Fair, which opens in Hong Kong on April 20th 2012 and to be held for 4 days.

This fair is predicted to add household brands from all around the globe, including thematic zones like Green Living, Outdoor Living and Pet Supplies etc.

The main reason behind this trip is, Karthi loves to personally select exclusive artefacts and linen items for his dream house that may be being built by Karthi and his Brother Suriya in T.Nagar, Chennai.
