Director Paneerselvam while speaking about this film said, "Though it is a romantic film, it has a distinct concept. It is going to be a simple film. The songs of this film have already become popular.

These individuals who copy foreign films are honoured and respected a great deal but people who have creativity don't seem to be respected here. This trend should change.

If the following generation directors also start copying foreign films, there'll dearth for creativity and the nativity stories will go missing. This can be a dangerous situation."
