Raana with Ajith

Raana is a number one Telugu actor. Though he came forward to behave in some Tamil films, it didn't materialize. For this reason Krish who directed the Telugu film Vedham (Vaanam in Tamil) is now directing a Telugu film which has Raana and Nayanthara within the lead role.

This film could also be being made in Tamil with the similar cast. For Raana, this may be his first direct Tamil film. The Tamil film is titled Ongaram. Director Vetrimaaran was holding talks with Raana for the most important role in his film which has Simbhu within the lead role but Raana didn't accept this offer.

At this juncture Raana was signed for a very powerful role in a movie which has Ajith within the lead role. This film is being directed by Vishnuvardhan. The sequences bearing on Ajith and Raana are to be shot in the course of the month of August in Chennai. The shooting of those sequences can be completed in 3 or 4 days.

This untitled film has Ajith, Nayanthara, Arya, Tapsee and Atul Kulkarni within the cast . Raana can also be joining this band wagon.
