Bellamkonda Suresh has acquired the Telugu rights for Rs 17 Crores. Sony goes to procure the audio rights for Rs 12 Crores. That is the highly paid price for the audio so far as Tamil film industry is concerned.The songs of Ayan which had the combo of Surya, K V Anand and Harris Jayaraj were great hits and thanks to this there are great expectations for the songs of Maatraan.It have been decided to release the audio CD of this film on 9th August in Singapore. 9th August is meant to be the National Day of Singapore. It is going to be a central authority holiday. It's been decided to carry this function in a grand manner.
