Venkat Prabhu’s assistant Pa Ranjith has directed the film titled Attakathi which was produced by C V Kumar. Dinesh, Nanditha, Aishwarya, Shaali and Shobi Dyana are starring on this film. Santosh Narayanan has composed the music while P K Varma has handled the camera. Leo John Paul is in command of editing while Kabilan, Muthamiz and Pradeep have penned the lyrics. Gnanavel Raja is releasing the film throughout Tamil Nadu.

He while chatting with the media within the Attakathi press meet said, "I liked the film Attakathi a great deal. At first I learnt so much with much difficulty about production after which put my foot here.
