This film have been written and directed by R Jayakumar. He while speaking about this film said, "Four engineering students who're friends are enjoying their college life with their girl friends.

One of this students innocently moves with an individual. That person has reference to a world Terrorist Group. That person helps that organisation by destroying the economical situation, Law and Order in India but that student isn't aware of this. Without knowing that what's happening, he falls within the hands of Intelligence police.

What happens next is the remainder of the tale. The script relies in this real incident with some imaginary incidents. Atul Kulkarni dons the role of an Intelligence officer while Pratap Pothen dons the role of the individual connected with terrorist group. Fariz, Roslin, Jothi, Neeraj, Charulatha, Saritha, Harish, Maneksha and Nizhalgal Ravi are acting on this film. American and South African actors also are acting on this film. L V Ganeshan has composed the music for this film."
