Speaking about this Daniel said, "I NEED to behave in good films. I'VE donned villain roles within the films including Vettaiyaadu Vilayaadu.

My villain role was much spoken about. I had donned hero roles in some films. Now I'M donning anti hero role within the film titled Marumugam.

The shooting of this film is sort of completed. I'VE donned the heroine’s brother within the Kannada remake of the Tamil film Kazhavani. I'M also acting within the Telugu remake of this film.

I am also donning the role of a child’s father within the film titled Gnana Kirukkan directed by Ilayadevan. This can be a character role.

I agreed for this role as it was different from my earlier roles. I'M interested to don other kinds of roles."
