Padmapriya makes her re-entry in Kollywood

Padmapriya has performed well in lots of Tamil films and made an enormous mark in Kollywood. Her first film in Tamil was ‘Thavamai Thavamirundhu’. Later, she has acted in ‘Pattiyal’, ‘Satham Podathey’, ‘Mirugam’ and ‘Pokkisham’.

The actress from God's own country was last seen within the movie ‘Irumbukottai Murattu Singam’. After that, she didn't get offers in Kollywood. So, she started acting in Bengali films and involved herself in lots of Mollywood films.

After a protracted gap if 2 years, she is making her comeback in Tamil, during the film ‘Thanga Meengal’. It's written and directed by Ram. This film is produced by Gautham Menon under the banner Photon Kathaas Factory in collaboration R.S.Infotainment. ‘Thanga Meengal’ features Ram, Sadhana and Padmapriya. The Music for this film is scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Regarding her comeback in Tamil, Padmapriya says that she would cement a stable place for herself in Kollywood after this film.
