After Siruthai, Karthi is acting in a movie titled Saguni. Pranitha, Santhanam, Radhika Sarathkumar, Mumtaz, Salim Ghouse and others are starring on this film. Shankar Dayal is directing this film which has the music of G V Prakash Kumar.

The shooting of the film have been completed. Surya, Karthi, Shivakumar and Gnanavel Raja have seen this film. They weren't impressed with Salim Ghouse’s acting and thanks to this they've deleted the scenes of Salim Ghouse from this film.
Now Prakash Raj is acting within the place of Salim Ghouse. The sequences bearing on Karthi and Prakash Raj are being shot in Hyderabad for five days. The audio launch of this film is to happen soon. The film is to hit the screens on 14th of April.
