The last released film of Jeevan was Naan Avan Illai Part 2. He has not acted in any films for the last one and half years. When asked Jeevan about this, he said, "I HAVE NEVER run away anywhere.

I am daily being attentive to stories. I DIDN'T act in any films for the last one and half years. There is not any cause of this. IT'S NOT THAT I AM accepting the jobs from every other language films. My last film Krishna Leelai by which I had donned the lead role is yet to be released. If I act again that film have to be a turning point in my career. I'M looking forward to an even story. I also got the villain roles but I refused them."
