Ashutosh Rana who had donned the role of villain in Vettai could also be starring on this film. Balaji Real Media who had earlier produced films like Uthama Puthiran, Osthe, Ishtam and Samaran is producing this film. Director Boopathy Pandian who had directed films like Devathayai Kandein, Thiruvilayadal Arambam, Malaikottai and Kaadhal Solla Vandhen is directing this film.

Sakthi Saravanan is handling the camera while Karthi is in control of art direction. The shooting of this film will commence throughout the month of April in Chennai. The song sequences of this film that's tentatively titled as Production -5 is to be shot in Egypt, Turkey and China.
