Director Vijay recently spoke to the media about his film Thandavam. Vijay after directing hit films like Madrasapattinam and Deiva Thirumagal is currently directing a movie titled Thandavam.

Vikram is donning the lead role while Anushka and Amy Jackson are within the female lead roles. Director Vijay said, "Vikram is being cheated by the folks who he trusts a great deal. How Vikram is in a position to take revenge and destroy them is the screenplay of the film.
The shooting of the film happened for 25 days in New Delhi, Agra and Taj Mahal. Remainder of the shooting will happen in America for fifty days. Ronnie Screwvala is producing this film on behalf of UTV Motion Pictures."There is a always a really perfect respect for Vijay films and hence there are many expectations concerning the film Thandavam among Vikram fans and Tamil audience.
