The film Singam had Surya, Anushka and Vivek within the cast turned out to be an excellent hit. Seeing the success of this film, it was remade in Hindi which had Ajay Devgan within the lead role. Hari after seeing the nice reception of Singam is readying story for Part 2 of Singam.
Only the song sequences in Hari films could be shot in foreign locales but for the primary time the song sequences and the climax sequences are to be shot in South Africa and Nigeria. It's understood that Singam 2 will take yet one more breakthrough in his career.
