The sad news is that Muthuraja has expired. He was cleaning the tank in his residence nearby Theni. While doing so, he slipped and fell down. For this reason accident, he got injured severely and fell in coma.

Muthuraja was continuously in Coma for some days. Therefore, the doctors who were treating him, asked his members of the family to provide him advanced treatments in Madurai.
