Arya to be directed by Prabhu Solomon

Lingusamy’s Tirupathi Pictures is currently producing Vazhakku Enn 18/9 and Kumki. Both these films are to be released by UTV Motion Pictures.

Apart from these films, this production house can be producing a movie so one can have Vishal within the lead role and another film to be directed by Saravanan who had earlier directed the super duper hit film Engeyum Eppothum. Initially it was announced that Arya will don the lead role within the film to be directed by Saravanan but Arya has quit this film.

Though Arya has quit this film, he'll be acting in another film that is also being produced by Tirupathi Brothers. This film is to be directed by Prabhu Solomon. Arya is currently busy acting within the film Erandam Ulagam directed by Selvaraghavan while Prabhu Solomon is busy together with his current film Kumki. Either one of them will join hands after they complete their respective projects. Other cast and crew are yet to be finalized.

Normally when Studio Green produces a film, it is going to have either Surya or Karthi within the lead role. Films corresponding to Sillunu Oru Kadhal, Singam, Siruthai and Naan Mahan Alla are evidence for this. So there has been news earlier that Karthi will don the lead role within the film to be directed by Shanthakumar. Now it's been confirmed that Jeeva will don the lead role. That is the primary time that Studio Green is producing a movie which doesn't have Surya or Karthi within the lead role.
