There was news that Vijay is remaking the yester year Tamil film Sattam Oru Iruttarai which had Vijayakanth within the lead role. For this reason news, there have been great expectations.

Now there's a setback for this film. Prabhu’s son Vikram Prabhu, Reema Sen, Karthika and Piya were signed for this film. The primary schedule of shooting happened in Pondicherry. At this juncture Vikram Prabhu who's donning the lead role has quit this film.
He had quit this film since he had works connected along with his debut film Kumki directed by Prabhu Solomon. He had requested to attend until the month of October but since that is an excessive amount of of time, the production house has decided to modify the hero. Sources in Kollywood say that either Arun Vijay or Aadhi could be chosen for the hero role.
