Settai is the remake of the super hit Hindi film Delhi Belly. Arya, Premgi, Santhanam, Anjali and Hansika are starring on this film.

The film that's being produced by UTV Films is directed by R Kannan. P G Muthiah is handling the camera while Taman is composing the music.

Na Muthukumar, Thamarai, Yuga Bharathi and Karky are penning the lyrics. John Mahendran has penned the dialogues.

Director Kannan while speaking about this film said, "THE TALE of this film is ready the interesting incidents that happen in a lifetime of a journalist. If an individual has determination and insistent temperament he can achieve anything that he aims. This film narrates this vision. We've got given importance to comedy.

In Hindi, there have been double meaning dialogues. We've got only taken the crux from this film and feature changed the script to fit the Tamil audience. Arya is donning the role of a journalist while Premgi dons the role of a cartoonist. Santhanam dons the role of a photographer.

Anjali dons the role of an English paper reporter while Hansika dons the role of an air hostess. Nasar is donning a very powerful role. Now we have erected a five star room set at a price of Rs 1.5 Crores at Binny Mills by which sequences relating Arya, Premgi and Santhanam is being shot.
