SIIMA Awards 2012 function was held recently in Dubai. Numerous Tamil film actors including Vikram, Simbhu, Dhanush, Sameera Reddy, Shriya, Amala Paul and Kushboo participated on this function.

Simbhu and Dhanush grabbed everyone’s attention on this function. The feeling Of South Indian cinema award was given to Dhanush. Once Dhanush received the award, the audience immediately requested him to sing the song Why This Kolaveri Di.
Dhanush said, " I CAN sing but I CAN call someone else to sing the song with me." Many expected that somebody goes to return up the stage but Dhanush announced, " I'M requesting Young Super Star Simbhu to come back up at the stage and sing the song with me. He's a greater and singer than me."Simbhu came up at the stage. Dhanush said, "Everyone think that we're enemies. Yes. We're enemies but we're good friends inside." Either one of them but their hands on one another shoulder. Either one of them jointly sang the song Why This Kolaveri Di.Dhanush wife Aishwarya was more than happy seeing them as friends and applauded.
