First Mugamudi than Thandavam

UTV Movies which was producing Hindi hit films has put its foot in Tamil film industry. UTV became popular by producing the film Deiva Thirumagal. After that it released Vettai. Now it has released the two ½ hours comedy and glamour film titled Kalakalappu.

For the primary time they're producing high budgeted films like Mugamudi which has Jeeva within the lead role. This film is directed by Mysskin.

The other film is titled Thandavam which has Vikram within the lead role. This film is directed by Vijay. Dhananjayan of UTV while speaking said, "I saw the edited version of climax sequences featuring Jeeva and Narain. Either one of them had worked very hard. The promo work of Mugamudi will commence through the month of June.

We also are welcoming suggestions from people in regards to the promo of this film. The audio might be launched through the month of July and the film will hit the screens in the course of the month of August. Vikram starrer Thandavam can be released after four weeks of release of Mugamudi. Thandavam might be released through the month of September."
