KV Anand and Vijay to pair together?

Cinematographer-turned-filmmaker KV Anand made his debut directorial with ‘Kana Kandein’ that gained him critical acclaims following which he was declared the favorite child of producers and investors as his films ‘Ayan’ and ‘Ko’ turned to be blockbusters.

Apparently, it had raised everyone’s expectations on his recent release ‘Maattrraan’ that starred Suriya in dual roles as conjoined twins.

However, the film didn’t perform well in box office and was guaranteed to mixed reviews. Now that the director has set his focus completely at the next project, there are buzzes rounding upon airs that he might go for Vijay in lead role. Nevertheless, there's no official announcement made bearing on it.

Right now, Vijay has started shooting for his director Vijay’s untitled film and shortly after its completion will kick-start the shooting of his next project produced by RB Choudary.
