The title of his upcoming film ‘Alex Pandian’ is encouraged from the evergreen character of Superstar Rajnikanth in ‘Moondru Mugam’. As a token of expressing the gratitude for Rajnikanth, the producers of ‘Alex Pandian’ have decided to release the film’s audio on his birthday.
The film is directed by Sooraj and is produced by Karthi’s close relative K.E. Gnanavel Raja under the banner name of Studio Green Films. Anushka is starring opposite Karthi in female lead while Santhanam looks after humour quotients.Devi Sri Prasad has composed songs and the film is scheduled to hit screens for the festive occasion of Pongal 2013 along side Silambarasan-Hansika Motwani starrer ‘Vaalu’.
